This trip will combine learning about wine growing and some of the most renowned cellars in Medoc and Saint Emillion Area and give you the opportunity to explore the Bassin d’Arcachon, Cap Ferret and the Dune de Pilat (the Highest in Europe) in a stunning natural environment.

Pick up from Hotel and Early Departure from Paris by TGV train.
Guided Visit of Bordeaux City Center (A Unesco World Heritage Site), main monuments & interest, parks and view on the Garonne River Banks.
Visit of Cité du Vin a unique Museum / experience to discover the Wine Industry , the Wine making process and participate in a wine tasting.
Some free time will be planned for shopping and lunch on your own.
End of Afternoon we will leave to the Chateau / Domain selected for you where we will spend the night after a Nice Diner all together at the Estate!
After a breakfast at the Chateau and Wineyards we will head to Bassin d’Arcachon.
Departure for the Bassin d’Arcachon: A unique environment on the Atlantic Ocean where you will discover on one side the wide dunes facing the Ocean and just a few meters away the calm waters of the “Inner Sea” of Bassin d’Arcachon.
Lunch: Fresh Oyster tasting in a typical village.
Visit of Cap Ferret Peninsula.
Cruise on a typical local boat on the Bassin d’arcachon. We will cross it to go East to Arcachon.
Walk, shopping, beach, resting and enjoying for a while this typical holiday town.
Climbing of Dune du Pyla. The Highest Sand Dune in Europe (Over 100 meter high) for a wonderful landscape on the Bassin and Atlantic Ocean.
Diner on our way to our “Chateau”. Or Pick Nick outside if the weather permits.
Visit of Medoc Wine Area and Wine tasting in local chateaux. We will visit Margaux, Bechevelle and so many other world famous villages for their exclusive wine.
If Weather permits: Pic Nic on the Garonne River Banks.
Beginning of Afternoon: we will cross the River to go to the Right Bank of Garonne River, to Saint Emillion (world most famous vineyards), a very pretty village, we will visit Wine cellar ad see nice landscapes on Hilly vineyards.

Back to Paris on late train. (or continuation of your trip.)
